Emanuel has worked for alstria office REIT-AG, the largest listed office REIT in Germany, for 16 years in leadership positions. As Head of Transactions & Market Intelligence, he was most recently responsible for and supported a transaction volume of more than EUR 4 billion. Prior to that, he was responsible for the finance department and structured the company's real estate financing. Emanuel joined alstria from KPMG, where he worked in the areas of auditing, process and organizational consulting.

Emanuel has a degree in business administration from the Freie Universität Berlin.

Dominik has worked for more than 10 years in management positions for the Becken Group, a project developer active throughout Germany (office, commercial and residential). As Managing Director, he was responsible for a project volume of more than EUR 2.5 billion from acquisition to sale. Prior to this, Dominik worked for Hines in Berlin, where he was responsible as Director Investment & Development. He also worked for Morgan Stanley (MSREI) and argoneo Asset Management.

Dominik holds an MA Architecture degree from m.s.a., Münster and an MS Real Estate Development degree from Columbia University, New York City.
